We had a great week kiteboarding in Roatan with support from Chris and his team. They’ve got all you need to do entry levels lessons, rent gear, or hitch a ride to the windiest spots. My group made reservations in advance which provided peace of mind for me. That probably isn’t required, but I’d recommend it.

The stay at camp bay lodge was the best vacation I've had in the Caribbean. Chris, Marilou and the team make you feel as if you are visiting old friends. The hotel is set on a beautiful wild beach, and the wind conditions are perfect for swimming, snorkeling, sea kayaking and last but not least, learning to kite surf. I came here by accident, and now I tell everyone about this incredible spot in Honduras! And I love kite surfing now, Chris got me up on the board by myself after just three of lessons :) PS: you also get to try the best lobster here

This was a great kiteboarding experience. Camp bay is stunningly beautiful and the reef calmed the seas. I did a refresher course because I'm a little rusty and the instructors we're great. I always felt safe. I inverted the kite once and was having some trouble and they came out by boat to assist. The equipment (Core) was in great condition. When I was worn out I had a fresh water shower and then relaxed in the restaurant with a delicious ceviche and ice cold beer. This was an absolute terrific day. Next time I'm doing more than a day trip to Camp Bay and staying at Camp Bay Lodge.
