This developer is the biggest scam artist going. We bought property from him and had him build us a house. It's less than a year old and we've already spent thousands of dollars fixing his faulty work. Worst of all, he has now deserted the development without completing it. Do yourself a big favor and DO NOT deal with this shyster!

The people here are extremely friendly. Some of the roads are paved and others not. We have been in the area both day and night without incident. I am a returning Ceibena (born in la ceiba). My country needs some help with roads so it will be easier to travel and the more one buys here I am sure the economy will flourish. La Ceiba Beach Club once completely settled will be able to bring more resources to the city. Thanks to Grant and Darlene for being my guides and soon to be neighbors. Woo Hoo!!!
