My partners and I recently closed on the sale of a property in Utilia and I literally think that it could not have been completed without the expert help and advise from Julie Shigetomi of RE/MAX Utila. To give the reader an idea of how complicated this sale was just a few of the issue we had to overcome were : an original survey that was incorrect, 8 corporate shareholders geographically dispersed in the US (with high-school level Spanish at best), the death of the board president, many powers of attorney … all on top of the normal complexity of a international real estate transaction. Julie worked tirelessly to get us through this process. She was patient and clearly explained each issue as it arose. Throughout the entire process we were well informed and reassured.
