Absolutely terrible service at both the airport and San Pedro Sula locations. Slow rude service from staff including regional manager Lilian who even encouraged me to write this review. They did not acknowledge my reservation through expedia and asked me to cancel it and book directly through them at a much higher price, they also want you to pay for multiple insurance and additional fees even though I had already purchased separately. Upon return, they tried to blame me for scratches on the car that had been there prior pick up. The wait at the airport location is ridiculous, spent nearly 3 hours at pickup and 1 hour for return.

I took a little punch and they did not think about it to charge me exaggeratedly. Almost 4000 lempiras for something small and in a place that already had several scratches. Sorry to have chosen them.

They look for problems in the cars things that we do not know if it is true because they are things that customers do not see if they are true. Not recommended.

The quality of care, ease and service is excellent.
