Friendly great service
Cool people, cool experience!
That hurts the cust.sevice they have in this branch not from the company agent but from the security guards of this place we have a pending flight to travel with my husband and make a new purchase if we are couples they are supposed to be decisions Together they are paying for two tickets, not one, and this very closed person said that I had to stay outside, my husband no longer wanted to argue with him and decided to go in alone even knowing that I am also a customer because I am paying for individual tickets. We explained to him that we needed to make the change together but he does not listen to the client but only imposed what he said the truth gives much to be desired because we are all here to help each other not to make people feel bad.
3 call attempts with waiting times of up to 25 minutes and no one answered my call, poor service.
