I payed $360 for international shipping from the USA for a package that weights less than 5 pounds. Then they call us to charge an additional fee of $350 for taxes and border crossings.... a 5 pound shipment cost $710...... plus $50 per day in storage cost...... extortion !!!

1. They never answer the phone. 2. They don't call first even if the package arrives. I don't know if the package has arrived and it has been 4 days. They haven't called until then. 3. Customs clearance started after 4 days. They say it takes 1 to 2 weeks. 4. I contacted the Tegucigalpa branch and obtained the phone number of the person in charge. Because of this, regular calls never answer. The person in charge is also unfriendly. I have not received the package yet. It has been two weeks.

Here in the US they told me 3 business days and a week passed and nothing yet, apparently they will have to go to pick up the package personally since home delivery is a fiasco.

So they put phone numbers if they never answer what bad service they have, and also one pays here in the United States the package so that they take it to the address that one gives, and it turns out that there is in Honduras you also have to give 100 lempiras so that deliver the package, apart you have to go to that office for the package after I already paid for the shipment. THAT BAD SERVICE.
