Sold me two round trip tickets to utila from San Pedro Sula. We get on the flight and the plan stops in LA Ceiba, there is no flight to utila. They tell us to take the ferry. I asked them about the return flight and was told "there will definitely be a plane" . Fast forward a week later and we're standing at the utila Airport at 5:30am. No plane. We were told to take the ferry to La Ceiba. No one at the airport knew who was in charge or what could be done. This airlines in shit.

Do not use this airline of you expect to arrive on time. Traveling from Roatan to la ceiba I tried to buy a ticket online, but the webpage wasn't working. They charged $20 more than the online price at the airport. I arrived one hour early for my flight and the airport wasn't even open in Roatan. The flight was at 6am. Didn't leave until close to 8am. Never fly with aerolinea sosa!
