Safely, the flight was delayed but it was for a storm, great landing in Tegucigalpa
The staff is extremely rude and think they own the airline, they go out of their way to make sure you have the worst time getting your bags checked and threaten to cancel your flight if you ask questions. It’s awful that delta has these employees representing them in Honduras since every where else you go delta staff is usually quite friendly and helpful.
Once you get on the airplane their service is impeccable and you can tell the difference in the onboard staffs attitude they are welcoming and polite, I beg delta to better train their employees in honduras as they represent delta in that country and right now they are making a joke out of this amazing company.

They never answer, calls put them on hold for hours and don't solve the problems they're supposed to solve. Very bad customer service
