Tica Bus Terminal Honduras

Service is awful. Employees have the minimum customer service possible. If I can stay away from this company in the future I will surely try my best.

So helpful, I left my phone on the bus and they let me in at night and let me grab it fro. The bus.

I have mixed comments on TicaBus service. For 4 days I attempted to reserve and purchase our tickets for a round trip to HND, but their website was not working properly. So I called their reservation number and was told that the only option was to visit a terminal or agency to purchase the tickets. This wasn’t very convenient for me since I would have to travel for a full day to purchase. Advance purchase is required if you want guaranteed seating or gamble at availability. Anyway, I went to purchase at the agency and when I went to pay they said cash only, I was surprised since in the website they accept credit cards. Good thing I had a reserve stash otherwise I would have wasted en entire day. So on the day of travel we were to be picked up between 1:15 and 1:30pm and we needed to be there at least an hour before. It wasn’t until 3:15pm that we got picked up. I have heard that if you get tire of waiting and decide to travel another day. You are out of your monies and would have to purchase a new ticket. Their policy is very one sided (then again most are). Because of their lack to timing I didn’t arrive until close to midnight to our final destination since we had to travel 3 hours further from their drop off location. Now coming back it was a smooth ride. We left right on time and service was great! Would I use them again if I had too? Yes.

Very clean bus station in an easy to get to location. The staff are extremely friendly and did a great job explaining what we were to experience on the trip! Once we got on the bus, it was super clean as well. The seats are comfortable & the driver is safe.
