I purchased a property in Roatan and was so confused about the tax laws in Honduras. I got so many recommendations and stories about how to handle the taxes that they made my head spin. Finally, I was referred to Henry by an expat living in Roatan. I met with Henry and his staff and they were amazing . They were professional, knowledgeable and most importantly able to explain everything in a way that I could understand. He is reliable and very honest and very helpful, when it comes to Honduras fiscal laws. He worked with SAR. Worked with him 5 years now. With out any problems what si ever. They keep me posted of any changes in the fiscal law.

Just completed a project with Roatan CPA. Henry Zelaya and his staff were professional, very friendly, and helpful through out the entire process. Things take a while to get done in Honduras, however Henry and his staff kept us informed at every step of the process. In the end we were very satisfied and sure everything was done in accordance with the law. Pricing was reasonable and both dollars and limperia are accepted. Henry speaks english which made the process that much easier for me.
