This stadium is functional. Each year some work is done to the bleachers, bathrooms or some other area. Overall getting to Tiburcio Carias Andino stadium is complicated, there is no proper parking lot or parking system around it. If you're planning on attending a soccer match or any other event, plan carefully on parking on a place that's close enough (boulevard Suyapa; boulevard Morazán) and either walking there or hailing a taxi to drive you.
