They never answer the phone but in the office they offer a good service. They give you discount if you win a price in a scratch card and some crisps for you trip. The waiting area is nice and confortable.

Super bad experience with them ... No wifi ... and what they promise I broke two wheels of the suitcase ... they are not careful with the luggage. They left me drunk on the Nicaragua border
