Cashier had an attitude from the moment I walked in. Was not helpful in answering my questions and was more interested in chatting with the girl next to him. Not a good experience and wouldnt reccomend them At All.

ATM was down totally and the staff at the front were all but useless in helping one find alternatives... best to change all your money - and do all your banking - before you arrive in this town!

They have a good system for the attention of users, avoiding having to stand in line. Users wait sitting to be served. Unbeatable location, in the center of the city of Santa Rosa de Copán. The only problem presented by this agency is that it does not have parking for its clients
