Cerro Las Minas is the highest place in Honduras, it is 2849 meters above sea level and it is a magical place to enjoy splendid sunrises and starry night skies, it is very cold so be prepared if you want to camp in this place. The best time to see the sunrise is between December and February, since in those months the sun rises in front of the viewpoint that is there.
