Faulty ATM. Tried to withdraw money from their ATM. It was apparently out of cash, so didn't deliver any cash but deleted the money from account anyway. I lost several hundred dollars from my sister-in-law's Atlántida Bank account. No receipt. Didn't happen with a foreign bank card, which didn't get any cash, but neither was there withdrawal from the account. ATMs at this branch have been dodgy over several years, so nothing being done to fix the problem as far as I can tell. I recommend the nearby Banco Occidente, where I've never had any problems, ATM simply works as expected there.

Bad attention takes too long if you have parking

They steal the money I deposit 5,000 and then only 1,200 lempiras appeared I do not recommend

They have a lousy system, they wait a long time to make a transaction and the attention is not a bad bank
