My family and I send remittances to a 93-year-old man to Siguatepeque Honduras and in a pandemic time he has to wait in line from 6:00 a.m. and they attend to him almost at noon. I received a video of the line and the problem is that the line for the elderly is the same as that of all the others; Seniors are supposed to serve them in a different line and from 7-9 a.m. so they don't wait long, but that's not the case, in fact the bank opens it at 8:00 am. It is outrageous the horrible service of a bank so recognized in Honduras and that the orders given by the government do not comply. The truth is that their lack of integrity and inconsideration is worth more than their prestige!

There are always a lot of people. It must be a good bank for the number of people, but if you have to stand in line many times. There are always quite a few windows open for the many customers. They have treated me very well the times I have entered.

Very old bank all old take a long time in each window and are still open for bank accounts interrogate him a lot and take more than 1 hour in just that since in others in a matter of 5 minutes and the direct window here I did not like it a lot of time is wasted I don't say they haven't improved but try to improve. When they are well I will do my review again.

Banco de Occidente, S.A. is one of the banks of the Republic of Honduras, [1] [2] [3] founded on September 1, 1951 in the city of Santa Rosa de Copán, by Manuel Bueso Pineda and Jorge Bueso Arias and previously authorized by the Executive Power of Honduras on August 30, 1951, through AGREEMENT No. 500 of the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit. The Bank started its operations with an initial capital of 100 thousand lempiras divided into one thousand shares with a value of one hundred Lempiras each, in addition to incorporating the deposits and loan portfolio of the Casa Bueso, which for a long time had fulfilled banking functions .
