Due to the fact that they do not have a complaints book on any of the social networks, I have taken the responsibility to inform them hereby that I have a problem in the agency of Comayagua where I was granted a loan of which I have made effective at the time stipulated in the contract. Since there is no agency in La Libertad, Comayagua, they suggested that I pay the payments at Banco Atlantida and set payment dates for me, the first payments were made normally without problems, then two payments were made that were not registered in their system and they were sent to me.
