Terrible attention, it is the worst of the worst !! Employees prefer to be on the phone than to attend to people and also do not answer when they are asked something, or review the documents in detail!

The waiting time is exaggerated they do not have bathrooms and if there are they are closed because of that. They do not have water that is unfair for people who are going to do paperwork please autidades at least improve that the bathrooms are always clean and available.
