That is my rating, although I fit my hair well, I did not like his attention. Three different people attended to me a wash, a short and a dry one. Just to get out of trouble or because they already wanted to leave. They demand punctuality and neither are you. I am not a demanding person but I consider that it is very important that the person who cuts the hair should be the same to dry it since when it is dry they can see if there are longer strands than others or carry out a retouch. I believe that the attention must be personalized! Although they have grown a lot and have a lot of fame, they should care about their clients and keep them. I am very disappointed in your service. And the communication between you is very bad. Many manage their social networks and then do not even understand each other when they schedule. I arrived 15 minutes before my time, they made me wait outside for 25 minutes. And to my surprise when I enter they say "and your appointment was not for Sunday?" When the girl from the networks told me that there were no spaces on that day.
