Very bad experience Customer service must be prepared with 3 hours minimum to be attended.

Appalling. They have 4 people in customer service, 2 only take care of loans, 1 does nothing more than talk on the phone and the only person who attends takes an hour with each client. A waste of time, the worst I have visited in years. It seems like they got stuck in the 90's
