If I could put them 0, I'll do it, they in time of a pandemic, with closed offices, there is no functional app, nor a way to make payments that works. And to top it off, they do not communicate with you when something happens with a line of credit, they only mark you red instead of giving a viable option to make payments or at least communicate what is happening .. THEY ARE IRRESPONSIBLE.
