Paraiso Rainforest and Beach Hotel

I'm going in to Honduras for a business trip for 4 days and this Hotel looked great since the country has a 8pm mandatory curfew and I can be back from town early and chill on the property but they are telling me that they can only give me a single room and not the double room I wanted because of valentine's day, I totally get they want to rent the rooms to couples but common guys its the same price for the single rooms that the double I was reserving. Now I dont have a Hotel to stay and this change put me and my father in a really bad spot trying to find a hotel elsewhere. I hope the owner or management read this and maybe change the way they make changes in the future and be willing to accommodate to their customers needs. Hopefully next time I'll be staying in this location.

Great spot

1 star for the great location and views. 1 star for the good food. Service was bad since the frontdesk. The receptionist got upset because each one of us in my group (we were 4) paid for their own entrance. She told us is it was "inconvenient" for her to process 4 credit cards. And although that may be true, she must not transfer that frustration to the customers. Then the waiter took so long to even serve us our beverages. Seemed distracted. It was 10am and place wasnt full yet.

Poor and rude customer service, when ordering clients to wear bathing suit, without caring about people’s religion. In all parts of the world, anybody can wear what they think is appropriate according to their personal beliefs. It’s my second visit to the place, it’s beautiful but don’t think Im coming back, nor recommending it neither.

This place lacks of ramps for wheelchairs in the lobby and it does nor have parking spaces for people with special needs with wheelchair access.
