Hellen and Byron were helpful, and pleasant, but I waited three weeks for my items to ship from Miami, only to find out today that you cannot pay for them in the app. I've been waiting three weeks, and the items have even left Miami. I paid for them today, at the office in San Pedro Sula...the Aeropost app is "worthless"!!
