I had the worst experience with this florist this year for Valentine's. I asked them if I could place my order and they said yes, which arrangement I wanted. They told me they were going to send me the payment button on February 13 at 10pm and they never did, telling me that the next day (February 14) they would send it to me at 10AM and they never did. I was writing to them all day asking them if they were going to send me the shipment and they only answered with a "yes" or with an "ok". When they finally answered me, they called me at 6pm asking me how I was going to pay and they told me that the arrangement I had requested was not available. At the time of sending me the payment, they charged me LPS.150 just for shipping. I was worried all day that the arrangement would never arrive, it is 7pm, I already made the payment and the arrangement has not yet arrived. I have made several purchases in several stores in San Pedro Sula, and of all of them this has been the one with the worst customer service. If my recommendation works for you, pay a little more money for a company that is more professional.
