A little serious company, reliable, little diligent staff. I've been waiting for a month for a complaint I sent by mail on September 7 (at their request because I made the complaint via facebook, whatsapp and call) requesting the return of money for a laser hair removal treatment that does not end due to that in the 4th session they burned my skin (as an excuse saying that the machine had been damaged by the downturns of energy in Santa Rosa de Copan, how is it possible that they know that the machine is bad, keep using it?) and dial to to compensate the damage they offered me "without cost" a treatment to remove the spots with which they damaged my skin, I wanted to reach an agreement without resorting to demand (that will cost them much more expensive than returning the money) for damages but this is the date October 8 that there is no response to my mail and request and much less return

ESthetic Laser I do not recommend this place, they are informal, liars, and they get the money attracting people with their promotions and then they do not comply in doing the treatment I paid from 18/5/19 and they scheduled me 3 times the appointment because they could not make Microblading and until today 28/8 I have been hurrying to get my money back for a service not provided. The same does not happen to them.
