Cheap, quick and very friendly staff. Great service will use again.
We booked the car online and received a quoted price. They show 2 available locations for pickup with one being at the airport. I even confirmed they had a location at the airport with Avis customer service before booking. There is no location at the airport. I had to leave my family at the airport for 1.5 hours while I drove the driver back, checked in & drove back. There was not enough room for all of us to fit in the vehicle. For this service, I was charged an extra $180 US when you can take a cab for $3.00. Then I was charged for extra days even though my reservation was clear on the number of days I required the vehicle for & I did not go over this. The bottom line, they charged my card almost 2.5 times the quoted cost. I didn't find this out until I came home since we dropped the keys off only. Good luck fighting this. Avis head office won't do anything since it is independently owned even though they confirmed the charges were wrong. Do not rent for this location, they rip foreigners off & you will have no recourse
Rented 4 times from here now the employees are nice and tbey can also speak English.
