Waiters and personnel need to be more spontaneous. Restaurant is ok, food delicious. Beach still has debris from hurricanes, and being such a good hotel I don't think that should be skipped from daily routines.

I will never stay here again! The staff, especially the front desk, were incredibly rude. We asked for a room with a view of the ocean. What we got was a palm tree and a dirty window!!! The only decent person was our room service waiter(Leonardo). Every place we went in Le Ceiba the people were rude, and over charged for everything. If I could do it again, I would fly from Tegucigalpa and skip LA Ceiba all together.
