No phone is useful, and if the call is never answered and if they answer they don't know, the bill validator system is not updated correctly, they do not have enough staff, the offices go completely full all day, a shame this institution.
Hire staff there are only two people in Customer Service, you have to queue from 6 in the morning! I call the phones that appear on the website and nobody answers.
