Very bad attention in the customer service area, 3 people at a desk and only 1 attends
He did not speak specifically of this branch but of the bank in general; Being a client of different banks in America, it should be noted that this bank attempt is the most garbage I have ever known. I do not recommend it to anyone
Extremely slow any process with customer service. Of the 6 times that I have been specifically in customer service I have taken more than an hour waiting and at least more than 20 minutes in the service. I don't give 1 star since the establishment is nice and always clean.
They close 1 hour before on Saturdays
The autobank in general has good weather except for the fortnight is full and takes a long time
