One of the worst parcel shipping services to the west of the country. Although they say they close at 5:00 PM if you arrive at 4:45 PM it is almost certain that it will be closed, at noon they close for 2 hours from 12:00 until 2:00 PM. Contacting them by phone is almost impossible they never answer the phone and when they do, the person who answers is pedantic and does not provide any solution to the client's requirements if they do not feel comfortable with the request, they cut you off and do not answer the phone again. . I do not recommend this company for anyone who wants to send packages to Santa Rosa de Copan.
