I would travel to Roatan again just for the pleasure of eating at this fantastic restaurant. In fact, I did, at least in part. We first dined here last summer while staying at Marble Hill Farms, and found the food to be exceptionally good. Eating there this past week I realized if anything, the food has gotten even better! I ate my first bite of the Chicken Mexican Quesadilla and told my husband "This is the best thing I have tasted in awhile." Everything is homemade,fresh and excellent quality. They do American favorites better than America does. Enthusiastically recommend, 100% worth the drive! The atmosphere and friendly service are also commendable.
