Two years ago in this polyclinic dr. Turjak performed my first hemorrhoid laser surgery. Then I received a recommendation to perform another operation in a month. After that first procedure, I was reborn, all my pain and bleeding disappeared. Only today, January 7, 2021, after two years, I was on that second procedure. I can only say words of praise for the staff, as well as for the doctor who performed this operation on me!

I called the polyclinic 4.12. to check the availability of a gastroscopy appointment and then take a vacation and buy a plane ticket to come in for a checkup. I explained that I come from abroad and that I need a confirmation of the scheduled examination that I need to show at the border crossing (Covid complications). I get the confirmation very quickly and 7.12. I get an email about changing the date. I call again and explain the situation in which the change of dates from 21.12 to 14.12. it does not fit at all because I am not in Croatia at that time. The person I spoke to very unprofessionally repeats that nowadays I can't plan anything and that nothing can be done about it. The doctor must go into self-isolation by the end of the year ?! And who would receive me on December 14th ?! And yet he says ironically; as you took the annual just for the examination ?? The head nurse ...

On 3.12.2020. worked systematically. The examination schedule is confusing and I did not feel comfortable (first a gynecological examination where it makes me extremely uncomfortable if the bladder is not empty, and then an abdominal ultrasound, where the bladder should be full). I asked to change the schedule, which they did not allow me to do. Eventually at the ultrasound we were assigned by the head nurse, she was unable to explain where and what to do, awkward, quarrelsome. I understand that it was crowded (despite the epidemic), but she would have to work on interacting with patients - some are obviously dearer to her than others, which was manifested by throwing other patients across the line and commanding tone: "You wait !!", and throwing unwanted comments. across the hallway (to me personally) in the presence of other patients. Never again!!!
