Working hours are quite short and the most expensive bank in Croatia. Also from time to time something will change (for the worse) and without prior notice You will get charged for something You didn't want.

The branch as well as other bank branches is neat and ok, the employees are professionals and they are at your service, ok (of course within the framework set by the house policy, even more, they compensate with their moderation and kind behavior what we really would like more than our banks). The bank's attitude towards the current Covid situation (this again does not apply to employees in the bank itself) is a bit excessive and hypocritical. While customers freeze in front of the branch, they can enter the branch 1 by 1, because behind the thick glass at three counters, possibly one person works. I guess that after the shift, a good part of the bank's employees end up in shopping malls on toilet paper and yeast suits without looking at how crowded they are.
