I believe this is a completely unusual letter compared to what you normally receive, but attribute it to positive emotions and a personal desire to highlight the good in a person, which nowadays is not only lost, but has completely disappeared.
Everything that a professional who loves and knows his job must fulfill (kindness, patience, human warmth, user orientation, and only then attitude, knowledge and expertise), is fully integrated in the character and work of the top wine connoisseur Juliana from the wine magic Bright dvori, Karanac.
What I can do and what I am happy to do, apart from personally thanking the above sommelier, is to send you in writing, Bright Courts, praise for the experience and with full satisfaction to state that even today, despite countless examples of bad business in all segments, there are people who really have knowledge, who have not forgotten that they are in the service of the user and finally (but not least), who have not forgotten what it means to be patient, to be kind and to be - human.
