I ordered material that arrived on time. I came to pick him up from the back of the warehouse. Two employees list something, look at me and keep listing without asking what I need. After I called them to serve me the answers to wait and keep whistling on. After 10 minutes of waiting I approach and literally chase them to hand over the goods to me. If I might have had an order of 15,000 kn, they might have made fun of me then. I get the impression that small customers don’t really experience it.
