Erste banka - Filijala Garešnica

Waiting 20 min. on counter while in front of me was just 1 person. Employee gone on break at 10:50am while there was more of us waiting and refusing to server customers but instead picked up her things and gone out on break which I guess was starting at 11am. Personnel is very annoying and rude trying to push products even when I clearly stated I'm not interested in additional services 3 times in row. Management should review their staff and take notice how they give priority to their personal affairs rather then customers.

Mostly no problem. It could be better but it depends on which day you come. Avoid Tuesdays, especially the morning hours. Use the Erste redomat app for reduced queue time. Parking should be larger.

I think the most friendly people at this erste bank. How many banks I have visited have never come across such a thing, everyone is always kind and helpful, but this is not the case here. Every time, she would be comforted by "maybe the workers have a bad day" or "they have some private problems", but this can be repeated several times, which is really unacceptable. I put money in the account so that the lady who works there on the counter would cold-shave that I have an ATM outside and put the money in there because I work a crowd. There was not a single man inside. At the ATM there was a row up the stairs. Uzas!
