Our air conditioning in the car was yesterday (Friday failed). Today I was hoping for help from this mechanic as we will be returning to Germany tomorrow. My workshop in Germany said it was enough to read out the error and delete it in the first step. The mechanic refused to do this an hour before he finished work. He didn't work on other cars either. He was sitting and didn't want to help us. Reading an error, nothing more. 5 minutes of work. A real shame and just not service-oriented. If I could I would give zero stars because he never tried again.
