First important thing to point out: staff should be friendlier, they should listen and understand their long term costumers. I had a really bad experience- I payed for the parking via mobile phone and by mistake I sent a message to the wrong number but that number is also valid- for the street just next to the street where I left the car so they received the money for the parking lot but despite that fact they gave me the penalty ticket because I used the number for neighboring street. I am fair and I pay the lot every single time but they didn't care I made this mistake for the first time in my life so they charged me for a penalty anyway. They applied the same rules for me as for the people who don't pay for the parking intentionally. I didn't expect that they will treat me this way so I felt really bad and I said some words I regret so I apologize to the staff for that but their way of doing business is really frustrating. The town of Opatija definitely needs to find another company for the parking concession since there have been significant public affairs and complaints on "Liburnija Parking" during the years. Opatija doesn't deserve to be related with a such bad parking service in newspapers and across the Internet websites. Opatija definitely deserves much better. If you need to park your car in Opatija, mine suggestion is to use the parking behind hotel Bristol, it's cheaper, parking lots are bigger and the company that owns it is more professional.

Contrary to other reviews the staff was polite and helpful. You need to swap for the daily ticket on 2nd floor after parking if you want cheaper long term parking

Way to expensive to park and really unfriendly staff. They charge you tickets for the full day if you didn't pay one hour and they don't really care for your complaints.

Price can be lower.
