It was so nice. The beach is right off of the deck with a stunning view. The service was excellent and the rooms were nice. Our kids loved it, and the ferry was not far either.

great location and great value for money and price

Very affable and cordial Mrs. Lidia who welcomed me in the structure. I stayed for two nights in apartment number two. The heating system showed no signs of life, apologizing for the inconvenience I was immediately given a heater for the room and the climate for the living room was switched on. The rooms are large even for two people, the mattress is very uncomfortable as are the pillows. The bedroom fixtures do not allow a perfect closing of the window. In the bathroom there is no bidet and there is no courtesy kit available. There is a kitchenette with tap with some dishes available. Fridge present, empty ... The drains of the upper floor are clearly felt. I was very disappointed (compared to an expense of almost 200 euros for two nights) of the lack of passage of the cleaning staff on January 1st. Salty is preferred for breakfast, the choice for dessert is minimal even if the Lady has offered to integrate with an off-menu ... The promenade is very pleasant and suggests a good organization in the summer. From the inn the center of Rovinj can also be reached with a walk of about 30/40 minutes.

It is fantastic because it is a small paradise, where you are surrounded by nature, on one side the green of the pine forest, on the other side the sea, with the view of old Rovinj in front ... And surrounded by all the comforts. Romantic place in the evening, and full of life during the day. Spectacular location as a structure. Very friendly staff.
