No one answers the phone in the ID department. I'm calling two numbers.

An officer in the vehicle registration department does not answer the phone at all, there are people who would work responsibly

Horror. Waiting. One counter is open for three jobs: personal, passport and residence registration. The office hours are out of tune for people who work. It's closed on Saturdays.

How many centuries should pass that staff provide you with a professional service with j ... smile and nice words? Everyone who works with people is subject to regular checks of courtesy and secret buyers, when it comes to these angry babies and posters. I would wait two hours for me to have a nice smile on the chill! Management, read and think!
