Disaster bad experience sloppiness totally

Horror. You feel as if the person came from the street to talk to you instead of employees. Not only does he yell at how much money you have in your account so everyone hears it, then he goes to You and says "here's what you want with them." Shame...

A pure waste of time and money. So many mistakes on their part that they should pay to be their customer.

Out of the way to the exit, the officials are unkind and unprofessional.Currently they give you the wrong information.
