A very nice, newly renovated and modern house. Good WiFi, washing machine, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment are available. Each room has TV + air conditioning. There is also a sauna. Parking is right across the street. There are also enough loungers, 2 parasols and a Hollywood swing. The outside kitchen can be shaded with a pergola and you can also grill there. The pool is great! The owner Nic is very friendly and helpful, was always available immediately to solve problems (which were only marginal for us). After looking at Google Maps I was concerned that you could hear the highway / refinery running further down the bay, but this was not confirmed. On the contrary, it is absolutely quiet and calm. It is about 15-30 minutes to the sea, by car, depending on where you are going. The best thing to do is to look ahead and find out which beach you want to go to. We were mostly in the Svezanj Beach area. And finally my tip for the area: Be sure to visit the town of Bakar, it is a Mediterranean dream like a picture book.
