I vacationed on island KRK over 10 years ago and had most amazing experience when we rented a boat from agency and owner himself gave us a historical cruise, a dinner at the winery and great swimming spot and for the price that was amazingly affordable to a young couple.
I returned to island in 2019 on family business and got stranded for the car /taxi ride from beach, so I walked-in that agency hoping to get some help getting back to accommodations before I was late for bus out of Croatia that same day.
Front desk girls were super kind and helpful and started making phone calls to get me a cab or anything
But then owner arrived and he remembered me from such a long time ago and treated me like a family and gave me a ride back by himself free of any charge.
I have never in my life seen so much professionalism combined with open hearted genuine hospitality and if a queen of England, herself wanted a recommendation to travel agency I would not be afraid to suggest Estee, because they surely do offer a royal treatment to their clientele and guests
