We booked the whole house 21 days before our stay, fully paid and indicated the exact arrival time: 15: 00-16: 00. As we planned to stay with the dog, we kindly informed the owners / agency running this property 21 days earlier and asked if additional payment was needed in advance for the overnight stay of the dog. They confirmed the reservation and approved our request. Upon arriving at the exact time we indicated when booking, we found a locked house. We waited for a while and as no one was around, we called the person in charge. An agency official who did not even introduce herself said in a haughty tone that she did not know that she had any guests today (?!) and that she would send "someone" to open us. Outside, it was just above zero as we waited, and the kind lady who came in from the village told us that she didn't know we were coming either, otherwise she would have prepared the house - ordered a fire, changed linens, towels ... since there was nothing ready for us. The lady said she had nothing to do with the reservations and she really did her best to wait for me to set up the whole house as soon as possible, even called Mr. Ivica who started the fire. We did not get any explanation from a responsible person from the agency after our second call, except that "she doesn't know what she would tell us, she's been in business for five years and has great reviews." A very, very bad way of communicating and solving problems, which shows that the person is completely underage of the business they are doing. It took several hours for the house to warm up. The dining room table was extremely dirty, all the barnyard (spoons, knives, forks) dirty with the food left over for the barnyard, kitchen cloths dirty, the kitchen opposite to the one on the page not quite equipped. The "perfect coffee" advertised by this facility is actually stale Turkish coffee, odorless, in a dirty jar. Worst of all, though, was the bathroom, which was constantly stunned, probably because there was a drainage problem. Ventilation all night did not help. The shower was full of mold (fungus) along the edges and neck, I am attaching pictures. As this is the only shower in the house without Domestos, there is no alternative. It is now much clearer why nowhere on the internet is there a single picture of a bathroom or a kitchen completely. To the contrary, both rooms have not been renovated and have not been furnished with new furniture. Personally, I do not care if the furniture is new or old, but the fact is that the object is falsely advertised.
