I was referred here by family Kvesic. I had 2 MRI’s here and I’m very happy with the price and service. Very professional clinic. Very knowledgeable medical staff that treat patients right. I highly recommend this clinic.

Service done superficially, fast. I never thought I would say this, but I did the same type of health service in a state hospital much better. Truly a disappointment to this polyclinic. During the mother's examination, I asked you what the degree of the veins on the mother's legs was and whether they could still be operated on. You told me you didn't know about the degrees of the veins and who told me that. Then I asked if there were creams or preparations to relieve inflammatory veins on my legs you answered me you don’t know! I stated that due to the stronger inflammation, I am afraid that my mother has a blood clot, and that out of fear we wanted to do the table before the examination. At the same color Doppler test, I was in person at a state hospital, and the doctor who performed my Doppler explained in detail the condition of the veins, the procedures, and the treatments I could take to relieve personal problems. Thank you for allowing me to be with my mother in the waiting room and for recommending me to go to a venereologist for any further procedures. That is the only thing that is clear to us after the search with you! I don't know why it bothered you so much that I was typing on my cell phone while waiting for my mother. Greetings.

Ordered by e-mail for examination by a gastroenterologist. I arrive at the ordered time, only to find out that my order is not in the system at all and that all examinations at the gastra have been postponed due to work. Of course I didn’t get the notification because the order wasn’t in the system. Another lady asks me if I have a good mail at all?!? while holding my cell phone in his hands, and the whole conversation visible in the email. With a barely uttered apology, I was offered an appointment not the next day when the doctor was at the polyclinic, but only the next free appointment. A classic Croatian story where even in a private polyclinic you are not seen as a client but as a fool who will return regardless of behavior.

My personal experience in the DRINKOVIĆ polyclinic, I evaluate with the highest possible grade, professionalism, approach to the patient, all praise to the staff, and especially to Dr. Drinkovic, to whom patients come first, an extremely correct approach, and an explanation of the examination. I did a magnetic resonance imaging of the LS spine. The staff is friendly (the doctor who filmed the MR and the nurse at the reception). Pleasant and modern ambience. Praise for the speed of delivery of the findings, it was ready the same day. However, the reason that the grade is 3 is that I only got a form with questions about my previous / current illnesses, and whether I have a pacemaker or certain metal objects in my body, etc., AFTER the examination. This is not my first MR, so I know that in other clinics filling out such a form before the examination is a condition for recording. People are not aware that the metal parts they have built into the body interfere with the work of the magnetic field, affect the quality of the recorded image, and ultimately their health. Think of this as a well-intentioned critique and an opportunity to change and improve this part. Greetings!
