Only one employee actually working (the other one speaking at the phone how knows about what for all the time I was there), 5 customers in front of me, waited 40 min and only 2 persons passed when finally came closing time and have to leave having waited and wasted my time for nothing!

I came to the bank and with a simple extended sentence told the salterus what I wanted, repeated once more to make sure he understood me (although smart enough and once). She did it on her own again as it was easier for her, and when I asked her to do as I had originally asked, she started rolling her eyes, commenting with the other colleagues at the counters next to her. Then the latter began with passively aggressive statements. Very unprofessional. Let's face it, I didn't ask her for anything that wasn't in her job description and that asked for more than a minute of work. To add to all that, I waited for more than 20 minutes while she "typed" something and occasionally talked to colleagues (they almost drank coffee) which could be solved in a few minutes. I have not experienced this kind of disrespect and embarrassment for a long time. And I am not a conflicted person and I avoid awkward situations. I immediately asked her to close all my accounts at OTP Bank and went to open an account at another one that has “patience” to do its job. If OTP has a wish, I will be happy to send the stamp number and details of our conversations.

A bank that does not have a cash amount of € 5000 in cash is not allowed to call the Bank. And the order for 5000 Euros lasts for 4 days, it's just in the Balkans.

The commission for certain services is enormously bigger than the competition. Salters are under-educated and not very polite, very slow (47 min can not handle 3 parties). Always buzve. Bonus for loyalty to long-term clients and minimally retired retirees to provide a minimum reimbursement for current accounts, to deal with the disadvantages of "satisfied clientele" being out of competition.
