I had a problem with my A4 whilst travelling in Croatia. While the Audi guys could not fit me in they booked me in to a service centre very near where I was staying who were very professional and fixed it in no time. Friendly service from the Audi centre made all the difference, thanks guys.

Sorry, Bad Service: I ask over the phone the Price to change one xenon light. they told me between 200 and 300 kuna and it take about 30 min. the exactly car type i told them. So i did make the appointment. I was there one time, not even a friendly hello or something to drink, after 20 min the price was rising up over 100 % to 700 kuna! i did quit the exchange of the light, sorry for my time, i spend my vacation time for it. in germany i will contact further sources and explain this
