The lead mechanic came in especially for me on a saturday since we were stranded with a dead battery. Assistance was professional and in perfect English. They gave my 2003 Ford Focus priority and concluded it was the easy fix we were hoping (replacing the battery). Total cost of the battery, car check and replacing some wiring was 180 Euros. Thanks again guys!

Excellent service, professional and customer friendly. Haven't been there that my problem wasn't solved. Although I can see that one employee has too much work. Definitively would recommend more Mustang types in saloon.

Great service

On my way to holliday leave advlue sensor went off and my vehicle was about to shut down. I stoped at Grand auto Ford service on Saturday unannounced and they squeezed me in their busy schedule and fixed my car in two hours. Great service, great people which solved huge inconveniance for me.
