In Gorenje studio Split, we bought a space changer on November 21, 2018, after 20 days, it was taken to the service because it was defective and the ejected steam with a stench of stagnant water. The service acknowledged the malfunction and we were told that it would send a new device. Today, on January 11, 2019, we have not yet received a replacement device and it is not known at all when it will be delivered to us. The gentleman is very friendly at the reception and has contacted Gorenje Zagreb several times and explained that it is urgent for the device because we have 2 small babies and because of the heating on the air conditioner we need the oven, but obviously the business policy is if you want buy a new one will be tomorrow by 12 o'clock and if the replacement is in the guarantee then you will receive it after a year. The kindness of your sales representatives in Split and the service can not justify you the disorder and such attitude towards the customer. I hope my review will have a positive effect, and you will understand that you live from customers and show a little respect to them. At the same time, I hope that in 2019 we will get the device, and that it will not be in the summer period when the device is not used
