Mrs. Nada was very polite and insolent in her service. It would be most realistic to outsource the job to someone who cares about the job. And let her get a job at Peveca in the "all for the garden" department

The Nada worker drinks coffee in front of the workspace with the cleaning lady of the mentioned pharmacy. When asked to serve me - because no one was at the counter - she repeatedly refused me on the pretext of drinking coffee
